On Nov 25 Thanksgiving weekend Kedra & Harold married at The Biltmore Ballrooms in Atlanta. The wedding was amazing and I cannot wait to finish all of the images because they look so great and reflect the fun that everyone had!

It was wonderful yesterday to shoot on Morris Ave with Sara. When I met Sara before her wedding to do Engagement photos of her and Adam I had no idea a true model hide behind her soft smile. Sara A HUGE THANK YOU! For working for the camera. It was poparazzi style with my friend Caroline Johnson visiting for the week.

ROCK STAR BRIDE

This week has been fun filled. On Sunday night after a full day of photography Brett & I set out to the Biltmore Estates in Asheville, NC. Monday morning we started photography and it was amazing we had behind the ropes access to the House and Wow! I can't believe how beautiful it is. Then that afternoon we toured the Winery followed by a great lunch at the Bistro.

Biltmore filled our day completely! We then set off for a 2 1/2 hour drive to my Dad's for Thanksgiving. After filling up on fun, food and family we headed out Thanksgiving Day. At first we were going to travel to Atlanta but Asheville was so great we went back. I am so glad. While I was there I met Andie MacDowell at the Chocolate Fetish. She is so nice and even posed for a photograph with me.

What fun!

Print Orders need ot be in by DEC 1 if you would like them in time for Christmas. Also the office will be closed Nov 20-26 for Thanksgiving. If you place orders through the online shopping cart they will be recieved in time for holiday printing but they will not be reviewed until Nov 27.

Also all orders need to be picked up by Dec 13. The office will be closed from Dec 13-27.

It has been a busy few days. With the holiday season approaching everyone has been having their portraits taken, including my good friend Melissa from Weddings Etc. Early this morning 8:30 and for those of you who know me you know that is EARLY, Melissa and her husband met me on Morris Ave to do Holiday images. It was great and the day couldn't have been any better for photographs.

WOW! I just checked out Grace Ormonde Wedding Style to see how things were looking and with great excitement I saw Amanda & Jeff's wedding images featured on the website.

This has been an exciting year and it isn't over yet. I can only imagine what the future has in store for Arden Photography. In this year we have been honored with many awards, chosen as the NBC 13 Throws a wedding official photographer, featured on The Knot for Real Weddings, listed in the 5 star directory for Grace Ormonde wedding style, Travelled by private jet with Paula Deen.

To start things of right for next year we will be featured in Alabama Weddings Magazine with a real wedding, Portico Magazine with real wedding stories and the studio is looking forward to many more oppurtunites as we grow!

It was a great honor to be awarded Industry Newcomer of the Year at the AD FED Peak Awards. Thank you Holly of O2 Ideas for submitting me for the award! I was so excited to win. Knowing how many great photographers are in the area really made this a huge honor! Thank You!

I am so pleased with the cover being an Arden Photography shot. It just makes me smile to reminisce about how beautiful Ned and Elizabeth's wedding was and what a perfect salute to Sybil of Wildflower Designs to have that amazing arrangement on the front cover.
